	Here is your much awaited list of future enhancements

Analysis Functions : In this project, very few analysis functions
have been provided. Depending on the type of services implemented by the
Organisation and the specific customer information stored in the database, 
additional  analysis functions would have to be implemented.

CSR Interface: Enhance csr interface and provide him with very easy to
use query functions (sort of click and obtain results ; No text input to
be typed, in short  make him LAZY ).

Priority Manager: Enhance the priority manager with better algorithm to
compute the priority for each customer email when the operations have been 
scaled up.

CSR Login and INBOX: Maintain an HTTPSession for each CSR when s/he logs
in and show the emails to be serviced which are assigned to a particular
CSR.

* Threading of Emails: As Prof. Sudarshan suggested, implement threading
of emails for a particular back and forth communication between CSR and
customer. 

* Managing a FAQ: Put up a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions, 
in case "What is a FAQ?" popped up in your mind.) 
This would be of immense benefit to both the CSR and the Customer
(Symbiosis : for Bio buffs , like me  ).
