Qutub Shahi Tombs
-----------------
The tombs are a scattered group of large domes and terraces, each one a sombre memory of the past. Nowhere in the world you can find so many tombs in one place. All the Qutub Shahi rulers except the last, Abdul Hasan Tana Shah, are buried here. Tana Shah died in captivity and was buried in Daulatabad. The tombs are fairly uniform in architecture and represent a mixture of styles. The arches are unmistakably Persian, the pillars and columns Turkish, and some of the motifs and brackets, Hindu.
