IIT Bombay APS Report Format

LaTeX Style file for the Annual Progress Seminar (APS) Report at Indian Institute of Bombay
by Amey Karkare, 2007/08/18

Note

The class file on this webpage is developed by me to help fellow research scholars. There is no fixed format for APS reports. So, it is partially based upon the IITB Thesis format.

A Request

Please drop me a mail (at karkare[AT]cse.iitb.ac.in) if you use the class file provided here for your APS report. This will help me in several ways:
  1. In case of any update or bug fix, I can mail you the latest version.
  2. This page contains a list of users who have used the files here to submit their APS report. If I have a longer list, others will have more confidence to use these files :).

Usage

To use iitbaps.cls first time, download the files iitbaps.cls, iitblogo.epsi, aps_prelude.tex and aps.tex in the directory where you want to write your APS report. Modify prelude.tex and aps.tex as per you need. The main class file, iitbaps.cls, should not be touched.

The class file is still under construction. You can visit this website regularly to get updated versions of the file. To update, you have to download only iitbaps.cls, and replace the older version with the new one.

I will update the class files and release these changes as and when I get requests from users, and get time to do the necessary changes. You can send me a mail at "karkare[AT]cse.iitb.ac.in" to get information whenever a new version is released.
