Feedback on CS681 course to your Instructor

You can use the form below to send a message to your CS681 Instructor anytime during the semester. If you want, you may include your name, but you do not have to- you may choose to remain anonymous. Please note - there is no way for me to find out your identity. However, if you expect a response then you must include a valid e-mail address.

A REQUEST: Please do not use the anonymity here to write angry and/or insulting e-mails. If you are angry about something in the course today, please wait 24 hours before sending me feedback. Please realize that although you don't see anybody while writing this e-mail, it does reach your instructor and and the instructor will read it. So be frank, be critical, but try to continue to be respectful - the English language allows this interesting combination.

Another Note: If you intend to give lots of feedback, use the following low-tech honor system, until we install the high-tech one: Give yourself a nickname and use that consistently, whenever you send me feedback. That way, I will know whether the same person, or different persons are sending me feedback.
