1. Visit the following link:

2. Scroll Down and click on Login. Use your IIT LDAP login/password. 
This will take you to your own webcalendar. Do NOT schedule anything here.

3. Scroll Down and click on "Another User's Calendar"

4. Choose "Varsha Apte" from the drop down list (If you type "Varsha" fast, it will take 
you to my name; searching for it is a bit tedious). This will take you to my Webcalendar.

5. Click on an appropriate "+" sign to make a 30 minute appointment for
an evaluation (one appointment per team) under the following rules:

   - Appointment should be such that it STARTS at or after 8:30am and  ENDS
at or before 1:00pm
   - Appointments should be made for the duration 11th April upto  23rd April (both inclusive)
   - No appointments should be made on Sat/Sun.
   - No more than FOUR evaluation appointments on any one day. 
   - They should not conflict with any of my existing appointments.
   - In the "Brief Description" write "CS 681 Demo: Name1-Name2". (Use first names of project team members)
   - In "Full Description" write any other helpful information like
project name, etc.
   - Write start time AS WELL AS end-time (or duration) properly
   - Click on the Participants tab and add your full e-mail ids to the
"external participants" part.
   - Save


6.  Logout

The appointment you make will be a temporary appointment, which I
will confirm or reject, by sending you e-mail.  If you enter your e-mail
IDs properly, all such confirm/rejects should get notified to you
automatically. Once confirmed, please come on time to my office for your
presentations, and send e-mail as soon as possible to alert me to any
cancellations. Last-minute cancellations (less than 1-day advance) may attract penalty. 
And of course, needless to say all team members must be present for the
evaluation.

7. All scheduling must be done by TODAY (Thursday, April 10th) midnight. If you do not
schedule a slot by this time, I reserve the right to not allow you to
present.
