In the page i used different tags,picture,internal links(childhood and personal life,statistics,titles etc....),
 external links(official website...),local link at the end of the page,table with cells having different colors,bulleted and numbered lists and also 
 used CSS styling to make the following differences....
 
The differences between the two webpages are:-
1. Background image...
2. Margins.....
3. Resizing the font size of headings...
4. changing color of the headings...
5. change of color of link adress when cursor is moved on it...
6. changing the font family...
7. changing the color of font...
8. changing the size of the font...
9. changing the color of link adress...
10.changing the dotted bullets to circle bullets.....
11.assigned color to table header using css...
12.changing the background color of the contents...
13.using css fixed background image and make it readjustable to screen size....

In this page at the end I gave a link to the webpage which is created without using CSS.
