Papers must be submitted with no more than 6 pages in length and should adhere to the formatting instructions given below. The paper format must follow the standard IEEE 2-column format of single-spaced text in 10 point Times Roman, with 12 point interline space. All printed material, including illustrations, must be kept within a print area of 6-7/8 inches (17.5 cm) wide by 8-7/8 inches (22.5 cm) high.
The following style files and templates are available for users of LaTeX and Microsoft Word: LaTeX users: Save the LaTeX style file and the BiBTeX style file in the same directory as the source .tex and .bib files. LaTeX template file and the Bib example are examples of usage of these files. Detailed instructions regarding the usage of the style files can be had from Paper Instructions and Bibliography Instructions. Microsoft Word users: Word Sample -- a template of correct formatting and font use. We recommend that you use the Word file or LaTeX files to produce your document, since they have been set up to meet the formatting guidelines listed above. The LaTeX environment files specify suitable margins, page layout, text, and a bibliography style. Although this environment has been extensively tested, there may be rare instances when it is not fully robust. The document should be converted from LaTeX/Doc to standard PDF that is
readable using Acrobat Reader 6.0 or later. To prevent problems with fonts,
please create portable PDF files. Choose an option like Download
all fonts, when creating the PDF file(s). Authors using LaTeX, should
use 'outline' fonts and not 'bitmap' fonts, for the same reason.
