The document should be converted from LaTeX/Doc to standard PDF that is
readable using Acrobat Reader 6.0 or later. To prevent problems with fonts,
please create portable PDF files. Choose an option like Download
all fonts, when creating the PDF file(s). Authors using LaTeX, should
use 'outline' fonts and not 'bitmap' fonts, for the same reason.
