DEPENDENCIES:
1) Need libxml2 library, ps, netstat, iostat to be installed.
2) Autoprofiler has been tested to work on Fedora Core 3 operating system.

COMPILE:
1) cd to the directory Autoprofiler
2) run: make clean
3) run: make
	Executable file named "prof" will be created in the current directory

INSTALL:
Copy the "Autoprofiler" directory at each server node and also at the client. If different machines have different configuration, you need to compile seperately at each machine.

RUN:
Autoprofiler runs in 2 modes. 
1)	At server nodes it runs as a daemon process. You can run the daemon using the command
	./prof -d <port-number>
	The port number should be any free port.
	Note: It is important to make sure that the prot number that you specify here is same 
	as that specified in the configuration file in <NodeInfo> field of this server node.
2)	At client it runs as a master. Here you can specify one of the 2 options
	a)	./prof <Configuration-File>
		If you run using the above command the autorprofiler will profile all the 
		specified transactions at the load(number of users) specified in 
		<Configuration-File>. Number of users can be specified in the configuration
		file in the "count" attribute field in the <usrfarmer> tag.
	b)	./prof -c <Configuration-File>
		This command will run Autoprofiler in capacity analysis mode. it profiles the 
		transactions to produce resource consumption details under various load conditions
		(load is specified in terms of simultaneous users). You need to specify <MaxUsers>
		in configuration-File. The Autoprofiler will profile the servers with in the range
		1-MaxUsers
