Thank you to all who have come to shows, sent nice messages to me personally, purchased music, and showed general support during 2011. It was a great year musically for me, and one of the busiest as well. As a result of so many great musical experiences over the last few years-- that I haven't even had time to let 'soak' in-- and a slight injury to my left wrist, I've decided to take some down time. Therefore, I'm going to take the first 'sabbatical' of my playing career, from now until around April '12. I'm looking forward to getting back to exploring music without an agenda or deadlines for learning music, and simply practicing my basses to see what new ideas I can come up with. I'll also be doing some new projects that will be announced soon that involve my record label, which is growing all the time and I'm really enjoying running, (like finally sifting through about 14 hours of live recordings which will end up becoming my next two albums). I hope everyone has a great holiday season, and once again, thanks to all of you supporters. If it wasn't for you all, I wouldn't be able to do what I do, so thank you!
