VPN is not working

I'm ubuntu 18.04 user.I have downloaded advanced VPN. It isn't working correctly.Whenever i enter the authentication password it stays calm for 5 seconds and asks password again and it keeps repeatedly requesting authentication.As a result i can't connect via vpn How can i solve this?
