Development of Active Toy for Increasing Eye-Hand Coordination and Reaction Time Among Toddlers

Abstract: Eye-hand coordination and reaction time are important skills for performing a wide range of physical activities and tasks. These skills can be enhanced with practice and training in childhood when the brain is more adaptable and flexible. The project aims at making an active toy for children. This active toy is intended to increase the eye-hand coordination and reaction time of users. It is a simple but cost-effective structure. The difficulty of the game can be adjusted using a compatible mobile application. This paper discusses the hardware and software implementations of the prototype.
