Hobbies

These are a few of my hobbies :-

Watching Sports

Watching F1 stars race all over the world in the fastest cars? Watching NBA players showing off their skills to get buckets? Watching Federer's smooth elegance, Nadal's grit and Djokovic's elasticity? What about all the other sports out there, such as Cricket, Football (I mean soccer for my American readers), MotoGP, Badminton, Table Tennis and all the Athletics (which most people watch only once in 4 years)? I'm a true sports lover, and watch almost every sport I'm aware of, so feel free to have a chat with me about literally any of these sports, I guarantee you I have at least some background knowledge in all of them (and a lot in some of them :) )
If I were to name an all time favourite athlete, it would be a toss-up between Rafael Nadal and Stephen Curry.

Music

So, Music. I don't really have words to describe it, it's been there in my life ever since I was a kid, I've learnt Carnatic Music since I was 5 and now am exposed to Hindustani as well as Western music as well, having recently learnt a bit of Hindustani through NSO Vocals. I also play the Carnatic Keyboard, and briefly learnt the Violin (I know the basics). Music is what I turn to when I'm idle, when I'm down, when I'm celebrating, almost at all times.

Chess and Scrabble

They're two mind games, and they're the games I turn to when I'm bored and looking to pass time, usually with music on. Although I'm not really good at both of them, I really enjoy playing them.

Playing Sports

I don't like playing sports as much as I like watching them, however, I do play Tennis semi-regularly, and I'd like to think I could play any sport at anytime, since I watch a lot of them and know most of the rules pretty well. How my body would respond while I'm playing isn't part of the equation :)
