I am Deepanshu, a 20 year old guy from IIT Bombay, third year, pursuing his B.Tech in CSE. And Apart from this I am a philospher who may not give any solution to your problem but definately will provide you multiple way of thinking over that.

I am addicted to poetries, not english ones, Hindi and Urdu. I love talking about random ideas, people's view on a certain topic and definately, exploring new things.

I love different cultures, their ways of living, observing people's behaviou and many more things...

Experience

I have wide verity of interests but here are some from academics related one

Bussiness Analytics

I have learned about this during my 2nd year intern at Birla Estates Pvt. Ltd. Personally It was great because mostly what I did was Decision Science so everything was logical.

Data Mining

I explored it last year under an IITKGP proff, just out of curiosity, and it is a really nice subject. This field is vast, yet I have read some books to explore it and by far to my knowledge I found it very interesting.

Machine Learning

Okay just to clarify. I have done ML but I am not that much into AI. But yes, I love AI's real life applications. Talking of expericence, I have done some projects in ML (self + course project).

Finance

From last few months I have started exploring this field and to be frank, I am in love with it. Right now , I am trying to learn the application of mathematics for finance so that I can explore it in full depth.

Trading

I have already mentioned finance but Trading is my favourite. From Fundamental and Technical Analysis I am the Fundamental guy, because one day my PC is going to do the Technical Part for me :)

Anything New

Apart from all these I love exploring new fields, independent of the fact whether the are related to my life or to my core field. Some of my personal favourite are Philosphy, History, Poetry, etc.

Data Science and Machine Learning Capstone Project

  1. 1. Imputed New York City house Complaints dataset and extracted important features for analysis
  2. 2. Trained different models to predict future complaints and area-wise complaint types in New-York
  3. 3. For some tasks performed data ingestion and used ensemble learning to get even better results

CLI Debugger for Bash

  1. 1. Developed a terminal based bash debugger to debug section of code flagged by breakpoints
  2. 2. Implemented the functionality of printing changes made inside the code in real time for seemless user experience
  3. 3. Debug piped commands as well as set breakpoints to debug inside sed and awk commands

Reading In The Wild

Guide: Gagan Jain | SoC by Web and Coding Club IIT Bombay
  1. 1. Applied Transfer learning in Neural Networks to detect the text using the COCO-text dataset.
  2. 2. Devised and trained a Convolutional Neural Network for text recognition on images in the wild based on the Intersection over Union criteria and synthesized bounding boxes for text detection
