Updating the registration information: If you wish to update the
information you have provided us while registering, please use the Update
Form. Your user id is your email address and your password is what you
entered in the original registration form.

Communicating with the organizers: The Update
Form has a field (Any comments/suggestions to the organizers?) for sending
messages to the organizers. This is the preferred model of communication with
the organizers. The response from the organizers will be sent to you by an
email, and the update form will also show the log of your communication with
us. Alternatively, you can send a mail to comad2005_organizer@persistent.co.in;

To qualify for the Early Bird registration
discounts, registration form and payment must be received before November 30,
2004 deadline. Registrations received after the deadline will be charged at the
late/on-site registration rate.
Registration Fees: The COMAD registration fee
includes participation in all the sessions, including tutorials, on January 6,
7 and 8. It includes a copy of the conference proceedings. In addition, it
includes breakfast, lunch, refreshments and conference banquet. The
registration fee does not include any other expenses such as travel and hotel
expenses.
Registration Confirmation: Your conference registration
will be confirmed on receiving the payment and the confirmation will be emailed
by the COMAD 2005 organizers within one week of receiving your payment. If you

Discounts for CSI Members,
Full-time Teachers (developing countries), and Students:
To qualify for the discounted
CSI Member rate, you must be a member of the Computer Society of India (CSI).
Non-members can apply online now on http://csi-india.org/pn723/html/
and avail the discounted rate.
To qualify for the Student or
Faculty rate you must be a full time student or faculty student. Students and
teachers must present their identity card onsite. The teacher discount is
available for the teachers from developing countries only.
Payment must accompany all
registration forms. No registrations will be accepted over the phone. Forms
received without actual payment WILL NOT be processed. All international
participants must pay in U.S. Dollars. Payment from International participants
in Indian Rupees is not acceptable. Only Indian residents are allowed to pay
in Indian Rupees.

Cancellations and
Substitutions are
allowed. However, full registration fees will be charged unless a cancellation
notice is sent in writing, and received or faxed before the cancellation

A cancellation (handling) fee of $20 (INR 1000) for
COMAD will be applied to all canceled registrations. Fees cannot be refunded
for registrations canceled after the cancellation deadline or after the meeting
begins. No-shows will be billed. Contact the COMAD 2005 at the above address
for substitutions (allowed at any time). A letter on your company's letterhead
is required from the original registrant stating the conditions of the
substitution and the name of the replacement.
Attendee List: As some registrants request that their names
be left off of our mailing lists, it is the CSI’s policy not to distribute an
attendee list to registrants on-site. Once on-site registrations have been
added to the database, we will send the attendee list via postal mail to those
who request it.
Credit Card Payment: Sorry
