Camera Ready Copy Submission Guidelines

Authors of papers accepted at COMAD 2005b are required to follow the style guide: COMAD 2005b Submission Style Guide (pdf). LaTeX class and sample files that follow these guidelines:

• LaTeX class file: comad.cls
• Sample file: comad_format.tex
• Sample bibtex file: sample.bib

Camera Ready Copy format: The page format must be double-column and single-spaced in 10pt or larger font and formatted for Letter size paper, with at least 1 inch margins at the top and bottom, 0.75 inch margins on the left and right sides, and 0.33 inch gap between the columns.

Please make sure to:

1. not have any page numbers
2. leave space for the copyright in the specified box - this will be filled in by the publisher

Please ensure that you upload in a single zip file the following through the conference submission site: https://msrcmt.research.microsoft.com/COMAD2005b/login.aspx)

For papers formatted with LaTeX:

• source file of camera-ready paper (LaTeX .tex file STRICTLY),
• the DVI file of your paper
• the corresponding PDF file (in camera-ready form),
• all the figures in the paper as EPS files (one file for each figure).

For papers formatted with MS Word

• source file of camera-ready paper (MS Word .doc file STRICTLY)
• the corresponding PDF file of the source file (in camera-ready form)

Authors are also required to sign a copyright transfer form.
