Camera ready copy due Oct, 31 5pm PST
Authors of papers accepted at COMAD 2008 are required to follow the style guide: COMAD 2008 Submission Style Guide (pdf). LaTeX class and sample files that follow these guidelines:
Camera Ready Copy format: The page format must be double-column and single-spaced in 10pt or larger font and formatted for Letter size paper, with at least 1 inch margins at the top and bottom, 0.75 inch margins on the left and right sides, and 0.33 inch gap between the columns. All used fonts must be embedded in the submitted PDF file.
Camera-ready submission should be done through the Microsoft CMT service here. In addition to uploading the camera-ready pdf file, we also request you to upload the source file: either a .doc file or a zipped folder containing the LaTeX sources and figures.
Please complete all uploads by the deadline of October 31st 5:00pm PST.
Authors of papers which were submitted outside of CMT have to send the camera ready
copies by email to
Research and Industrial Papers: Maximum of TWELVE (12) Letter/A4 pages in the above Camera Ready Copy format. This includes all parts of the paper: title, abstract, body, and bibliography.
Authors are also required to sign a copyright transfer form. Please use your browser to print the form in the following page and fax the filled form to +91 40 23001413 Copyright Transfer Form (html).
