Support for Students with Accepted Papers
We may have a limited number
of registration fee refunds for students who are authors of accepted
papers (in the main conference as well as in the workshop). Please
contact the conference organizers at office [AT] isim [DOT] ac
[DOT] in if you would like to apply for the same. Please note
that all participants must first register by paying the stipulated
fee. Based on the committee's decisions, students approved for the
refund will get their registration fee reimbursed after the
conference. The decision of the organizing committee will be final
and binding in this regard.
Cancellation Policy
The deadline for cancellation of registrations is December 1, 2009. If a cancellation notice is received by the conference organizers before the cancellation deadline, a cancellation (handling) fee of 10% of the registration fee will be charged. No cancellations or refunds are possible after the cancellation deadline.
Payment Options
Indian participants can pay by credit card, internet banking, demand draft or pay order. Please note that cheques will not be accepted. The online registration requires entering the demand draft/pay order number and bank details. Demand draft/pay order should be drawn in favor of "COMAD 2009" payable at Mysore and sent to the below mentioned address. Please write "COMAD 2009 Registration" on the envelope. Also, please write your name and affiliation on the back of the demand draft/pay order.

Identity Card
Information
Please note that
the online registration form requires entering your ID Card
details (ID number and issuing authority). This is a security
requirement. Therefore, we request all potential attendees to
co-operate with us in this regard.

documents are admissible proofs of identity for entry into the
conference/workshop venue.
For Indian participants

PAN Card
Driving License
Election Commission ID Card
Identity Card issued by the organization to which the
participant is affiliated
For International Participants
Passport
Identity Card issued by the organization to which the
participant is affiliated
Please note that
Infosys Technologies Limited, Mysore and the International School
of Information Management, Mysore reserve the right to deny entry
into their campuses to anyone who does not carry at least one of
the above mentioned documents in the original.
Although we strongly encourage participants to register online, on-the-spot registration at the venue of the conference/workshop is also possible. For this, the applicable standard registration fees (as mentioned above) should be payed through demand draft or pay order. Please see Payment Options above for more details of the payment procedure.
