How to access Newsgroups

First of all you have to set the variable NNTPSERVER, so put the following line in your ".profile"
export NNTPSERVER="jeeves.cse.iitb.ernet.in"

Now you can read the newsgroup by the following newsgroup readers

1. tin [Tutorial]
2. slrn
