- 27-07-06:Audit requirements are Midsem and assignments (NO quizzes, seminar, project and end sem).
- 27-07-06: Mailing list for the course is cs623@cse.iitb.ac.in. This will be used to make all the announcements etc. To subscribe to the mailing list, add your email id in the interface at this link

Quiz 1 on Thursday, 10th Aug, 2006, during class hours. Syllabus is portion covered till 7th Aug, 2006.
- 17-08-06: Quiz 1 papers distributed.
- 31-08-06: Quiz 2 on Saturday, 2nd Sept, 2006, from 10.30am to 12am, in A1 classroom. Syllabus is portion covered till 28th Aug. It is an open notes exam.
- 04-09-06: There will be no Midsem for CS623. Instead of Midsem, assignment demonstrations will be held on 17th Sept., 2006, from 9.30am-11.30am.
- 30-10-06: Extra class on Saturday, 4th Nov, 2006, from 5pm to 6.30pm
- 04-11-06: Course Seminar presentation on Saturday, 11th Nov.
