Research
Our research focuses on developing autonomous and intelligent robotic systems capable of handling complex tasks in uncertain, real-world environments. A core emphasis is on enabling mobile robots to navigate and interact with their surroundings, even when sensor data is noisy, environmental conditions vary, and decisions must be made in real time. The goal is for these robots to percieve and understand their environment in rich detail, operating safely, effectively, and intuitively alongside humans.
We apply this work across a broad range of real-world domains including autonomous vehicles, service robots, precision agriculture, forestry, industrial maintenance, and disaster response.
