I am a Ph.D student at IIT Bombay.
My Supervising guide at IIT Bombay is Prof. G. Sivakumar.
I joined here in December, 2016 and I hope to be around till 2021.
I worked as an Assistant Professor in VAST, Thrissur, Kerala and CCET, Valanchery, Kerala for a short duration before joining IITB.
I completed my masters from NIT, Hamirpur and my Thesis supervisor was Shri.Nitin Gupta.
I completed my undergraduate studies from College of Engineering, Chengannur.
My broad area of interests include topics from Machine Learning and Computer Vision.
My active areas of research are Transfer Learning, Continual Lifelong learning, Few-shot Learning, Meta-learning, Curriculum learning.etc to name a few.
My current project is 'Alleviating Catastrophic forgetting in Neural Networks' which has more or less motivations from the above topics.

Talking about my personal life, I am married to Ruchira V Bhat, Phd Student, Department of Physics, IIT Bombay.
My parents stay in Kottayam, Kerala and my elder brother lives in North Paravur, Kerala.
