0. Prof. Sharat
Chandran has called for
a meeting of all CS 101 TAs as per
the following schedule :
Day/Date : Monday, July 25, 2005
Time : 13:00 hrs ( 1:00 pm)
Venue : EE department, Girish
Gaitonde Building, EEG101
(first floor)
All CS101 TAs from M. Tech(I) must attend the meeting without fail.
1. All M Tech (I) students must sign in the register, every day in the
morning,
by 10:00 hrs, kept in the CSE office. The signing is mandatory for all
category
of students, including - SF, RA, sponsored, PS etc., apart from
the TAs. You
have to start signing from July 21, 2005.
2. The slot conflict between CS601 ( Algorithms course) and
Communications
skill has been removed. Those of you who wished to
register for CS601
and could not do so earlier as well as those who would like to change
their
choice of courses, please do so by today afternoon.
3. Last date of course adjustment/dropping is Monday, August 8th, 2005.
In case
you are in a dilemma to choose between 2 courses, my
advice would be to attend
the initial lectures of both and then take the final decision. In any
case, you would
have to freeze your choices latest by Aug 8th.
4. I hope you have decoded the information contained in the Time Table.
The table
gives the course no alongwith the initial of the faculty offering the
course and the
venue where the classes would be held. A1/A2 refer to the two class
rooms in the
ground floor of MATHS building. To know the timings of a slot, say N,
read the
table below which gives the timing of slot N as NA,
NB and NC
respectively.
5. In case you need to discuss any matter with me, come to the
classroom, A2 , in
the ground floor of MATHS building at 5:00pm sharp.
