INTRO:

The 4th PTA executive committee meeting in 2004-2005 was held on
Principal's chamber on Jan 25, 2005.  It commenced at 2:00 pm and ended
at 3:30PM. 


DECISION ITEMS:

- A meeting with the teachers of standard 9-12 will be held on Feb 1
  (2pm to 3pm).  Parents of children studying in these standards are
   requested to convey any points to the secretary.

- Meeting with teachers of 6-8, and then 1-5 will follow (probably mid
  February). 


INFORMATION ITEMS:

+ Exam dates for X/XII is March 1 to March 21

+ Computer lab upgradation is going to be given to another vendor
  in Bhandup. Divya Singh is the relevant teacher.

+ We expect to see 0 percent failure in X
  and XII eventually.  

+ New gym will be inaugurated soon.
