Meet federal, state and local officials involved in ensuring equal opportunity compliance in employment and education.
Participate in national and regional conferences that bring together nationally acclaimed experts in EEO/AA practices, human resources, legal issues, and professional development. These programs provide a foundation in the basics for new EEO/AA staff or management and continuing education for seasoned professionals.
Become involved locally in your region. Our ten regions hold meetings and seminars that provide many opportunities for professional development, continuing education, and networking.
Train, learn and become certified in EEO/AA program management. Our training institutes offer EEO and Affirmative Action Law, Complaint Processing, Counseling and Resolution, Affirmative Action Plan Development, Mediation Methods to resolve discrimination complaints, and Negotiation Principles. The institutes are held three times throughout the year.
Be informed through our quarterly newsletter, AAAA News, and our Legislative Alert bulletins covering developments in the field.
