• Students will be provided accommodation only after checking their college ID on first come first basis.
• Each student have to register independently.
• The charges for accomodation are Rs.250/- (200 for acco + 50 for bed cushion) per day per person. and with an extra of Rs.100/- per head as security deposit.
• Accomodation will be provided from 25th March evening till 28th March morning. A person may request accomodation for any duration of time between this interval.
• You can book the room by sending a Demand Draft. Demand Draft must be sent to CSE office, Kresit,IIT Bombay, Powai -400076 in the favour of Convergence which should reach latest by 23rd March.
• A person requesting for accomodation should write his/her name, college name, contact number, email id, date and day of arrival and departure and expected time of visit on the backside of demand draft.
• College students may come on the morning of 25th March and may get accomodation (depending upon the availability) by cash payment at Accomodation Desk which will be set up near main gate, IIT Bombay.
• Locks and keys to the rooms will not be provided by us. Students may bring their own locks
• Students getting their laptops should obtain a "gate pass" from the main gate security . This "gate pass" is required at the time of exit.
• Food will be available in hostel mess and canteen for a nominal price.
• Students can avail the bus service inside the campus for which coupons are available at the main gate.
