Research Interests

My primary research interest is in Distributed Applications Performance Management and Analysis however, I have in the past forayed into Wireless Network Modeling and Analysis . I still have an interest in mobile-computing based applications. However, most of my current work is in QoS control of multi-tier applications using online control mechanisms, or off-line capacity analysis which uses sophisticated measurement and modeling techniques. I am also interested in problems related to using virtualization technologies for performance and power management.
