After an impressive response to the first edition, we're glad to release the second edition of our department's student newsletter, bitStream. CSEA is organising a Stress Management session to gear you up early in the remote semester. The session shall consist of a brief PowerPoint presentation and a talk on stress management, followed by some exercises, yoga asanas, pranayam and meditation.

Speaker: Mr. Deepak Pamar, an experienced yoga instructor closely affliated with IIT Bombay
Note: You are advised to wear track pants or other comfortable clothing, as this session includes physical exercises and yoga asanas.
