Scope

Computer vision technology has slowly moved out of the labs into applications that are being used on a day to day basis such as face detection in consumer cameras in the ubiquitous cell phone. This workshop has been proposed to bring together distinguished researchers in imaging, graphics, machine learning, and computer vision to brainstorm on next generation advances in computer vision.

Conducting along the sidelines of ICVGIP-2012, the program consists of high quality tutorials on the first day, followed by a number of talks. In later days, poster sessions from emerging researchers will follow visionary talks by distinguished plenarians. The workshop is in the focused area of vision, graphics, and image processing and allows ample scope for bilateral cooperation.
