Use of Income
The profits, if any, or other income and property of the Society shall be applied solely for the promotion of its objects as set forth in the Memorandum.
Non-Profit Status
No portion of income or property shall be paid or transferred, directly or indirectly, by way of dividend, bonus, or profit to any members of the Society.
Dissolution Clause
If the Society is dissolved, all income and movable/immovable properties shall not be distributed among members but must be transferred to another society working in the same area with similar objectives.
