Remake movies are the different versions of same story line movie. The variations can be because of same movie made in different languages or an old movie remade with recent technology. Detecting such movies helps us to find famous movies. In our work we focus on remake movies made in different languages. It is observed that in most of these remakes, music of songs is also preserved. We use this property and match the audio similarity of the songs to detect remakes
