Guidelines for Preparing Manuscripts for Review
Your manuscript should be prepared strictly according to following guidelines. Failing to adhere to the guidelines may result in direct rejection of the paper.
- The review process is double-blind. i.e, the authors do not know the identity of the reviewers and vice-versa. This means that your paper should not contain any information that reveals your identity. Leave the author name and affiliation fields as blank and avoid any acknowledgements during the review process. Refer to your own papers in third person or use dummy references in their place.
- Each paper needs a paper ID. For this, initially submit abstract of the paper through the paper submission portal. You can select the "Abstract Only" check-box at the bottom of the submission page to do this.
- Once you receive the Paper ID, update your paper draft by including the Paper ID, right after the title.
Now the paper containing the Paper ID is ready for submission. You can select the paper that you submitted before from the portal, and use the link "Submit a new version" to the top right of the paper information to upload your actual paper draft. Note that you can use this link to change the uploaded draft, any time before the deadline, and the Paper ID will remain the same.
- The papers should be formatted in 10pt, single spaced, two-column format. You are requested to use the linked sample files for latex or word to prepare your manuscript.
- Please limit your paper to 6 pages in the above format, as a pdf file (word files are also allowed, although not preferred).
- Please embed any special fonts that you use in the document to make sure that the reviewers can read the document correctly.
