This workshop aimed at helping the teacher use effective methods through a socio-psychological paradigm at increasing the retention level of children through fun teaching. It also aims at helping teachers to relate with each other better, promote team building, equity in the classroom and build emotional wealth among children. The focus is also on preventing burn out, enhancing the emotional intelligence of the teacher and use modern disciplining methods. The entire process also stresses the need for the teacher to bond with children and facilitate an interactive process with kids, which is powerful and has an attractive sensory base.
