I am very passionate about trekking on mountains. Its not just me, but my whole family has keen interest in this activity. My father, Rupesh and my cousins are good trekkers and we together have trekked most of the famous Sahyadri mountains. My first trek was on Chanderi Fort when I was in 9th standard. Later I conquered many huge mountains with my friends and relatives. Among them, torna-raigad, Kulang[twice] have good memories. Kulang offers highest climb in Sahyadris. Even today, I always look out for leisure time, to go out for climbing with my trek group. I am addicted to it.

    Maharashtra has been gifted with the sahyadri ranges. This range is well populated with many forts (thanks to our ancestors). These forts offer us a chance to observe the beauty of nature, skills of our ancestors and allow us to add a little thrill to our life.i Every fort has a glorious history of the kingdom of our ancestors associated to it.
