My Projects

  1. B.Tech Final Year Project (Small and Oriented Object Detection in Satellite Image Datasets):-

    This was my Final Year B.Tech project in the EE department of IIT Tirupati, under the guidance of Dr. Rama Krishna Gorthi. I worked on multiple state-of-the-art object detection mechanisms, and compared and analysed how their uses are impacted by the use of multiple aerial image datasets. Finetuning hyperparameters to obtained slightly better results for the tested algorithms was one of the main aspects as part of the project.


  2. Conference Paper titled "CNN Based Image Descriptor for Polycystic Ovarian Morphology from Transvaginal Ultrasound"

    I had to opportunity to work on this research study, using a CNN based self-made model using TensorFlow and Keras for PCOS detection on Ultrasound Ovarian Images (from publicly available data online). Along with my co-authors, I got the chance to publish this work at the CSCITA 2023 conference, held at SFIT College in Mumbai.

  3. Conference Paper titled "Applications of AI Techniques like Machine Learning Methods and Deep Learning Models (ANNs) in Emerging Areas: A Review"

    This was a basic review study that I worked on while in the 2nd Year of my B.Tech, while at home during COVID. I tried exploring different areas in Computer Science and hence decided to do this as a basic review study for ML/DL applications in emerging areas like IoT, wireless antennas, 5G communications etc. With my co-authors, I was glad to be able to publish and present this paper at the ICWiCOM conference in 2021, held at DJSCE Mumbai.

  4. Worked on the paper titled "Wavelet-Based Relevance Vector Machines for Identification of Diseased Patterns in Plethysmographic Observations in Wrist Pulse"

    Along with my co-authors, Dr.Sunil Karamchandani and Dr.V Venkataramanan (Professors at DJSCE), I worked on this paper, mainly with the literature review of work done in the area of RVMs and their possible applications to this project. I was able to learn and understand how RVMs, SVMs work in Plethysomgraphic observations. This study is accepted to be published at the IRECAP journal in 2023.
