There are three basic categories for registration with fee as follows

Free Registration: A limited number of students and young researchers will be offered free registration including to and from 2nd class train fare. such registrants will act as volunteers and aid in the day to day organising of the conference. Interested persons will send a deposit of Rs 500/- accompanied by a permission letter countersigned by the Head of the Department/Organisation/ Institute before 15th October 2002 to the Local Organising Chair. Please note that to avail free registration a prior approval from the Local Organising Chair is necessary.

Subsidised Registration: A limited number of faculty from academic institutions will be offered registration at a subsidized fee of Rs 1000/-. Interested persons may send the request for this category before 15th October 2002 along with a permission letter from their Head of Department to the Local Organising Chair. Please note that to avail subsidized registration a prior approval from the Local Organising Chair is necessary.

Foreign Delegates: All foreign delegates need to provide details regarding their Nationality and Passport. This information will help us to send Invitation letters to foreign delegates to obtain conference visa from the Indian Embassy in their country.

All Payments for the registration are to be made by Demand Draft or Cheque drawn in favor of  ICVGIP-2002, and payable at STATE BANK OF INDIA, ISRO Branch, AHMEDABAD, INDIA
