History
The Computer Science department at IIT Bombay has organised Secnet since 1999. Secnet in its 7 editions which focused on advances in security on the desktop and the web. We addressed audiences from research institutes, industry and colleges including the leading lights in their respective domains like IBM, Microsoft, the Indian Navy, the National Stock Exchange (NSE), TCS, Patni Computers, and the VSSC (Vikram Sarabhai Space Center).
