When to register
Registration started on 5 February and ends on 16 March 2007.For registration send the filled registration form with DD to the AAYAAM-2007 postal address
How to register
In order to register for Aayaam 2007, read the registration policy, obtain the Registration number here and complete the appropriate details in Registration form. The payment is to be made through DD either in person or by post. The DD may be drawn in favour of "The Registrar, IIT Bombay - CEP Account". Please send the DD along with the form. The receipt of of your DD will be acknowledged by e-mail. The paper receipt will be handed over on the first day of the event. You need to send the DDs along with your registration form to make a valid regisration. In case payment is to be made in person you may contact the KReSIT office inside IIT-Bombay. Directions here
You can also register on the spot on 16th March. Payment for on-the-spot registrations shall also be made through Demand Drafts.
Note : Only DDs will be accepted. Cheques will NOT be accepted.
Registration options
In the registration page, you can choose to have the organizers arrange accomodation for you in the campus for the duration of the workshop. Fee structure is detailed below.
In order to increase the outreach of Aayaam, maintaining the high level of quality of the workshop inspite of the limited resources available the organizers have decided to provide additional seats for attending the lectures only.
Registration fees
The fee for for the three-day event is
- Rs. 3500/- for Professionals
- Rs. 1750/- for Academicians
- Rs. 1000/- for Students
Academicians and students
Academicians and students are required to submit a letter from their institute, stating that they are bonafide members of the institute, at the time of payment of registration fees.
In case, the number of allotted seats for students/academicians are exhausted, interested participants can still register under the general category, subject to availability of seats in the general category.
IITB-students
Registration fee for IITB Students is Rs 100/-, and they have to bring their I-Cards during the event.
There are 40 seats available for IIT students and will be alloted on a first come first serve basis. The seats are available for lectures only. Food, course material and goodies will not be provided.
The registration must be done using the registration form and payment must be done using DD/cheque. Note that the registration fees is non-refundable. IITB students must submit the form to CSE office before 5pm on any working day.
Registration updates
Seats for students and academicians have been increased from 20 to 30 since March 7. Registration in this category is now open. Accomodation facilities for students will be provided. How to register ?

Accommodation
On-campus accommodation (on twin-sharing basis) at IIT Bombay New Guest House (Van Vihar) will be provided for only the duration 15th to 19th March 2007, This facility is limited to the first 50 outstation participants. (Charges : approx. Rs. 150/- per person per night)
Accommodation would be confirmed by e-mail on first-register-first-allot basis after receipt of registration fees. (We regret that we are unable to provide family accommodation). Accommodation for other participants may be arranged in nearby institutions on request.
