Each accepted paper must have at least one author registration at non-student rate.
Each author registration would be considered for a single paper only.
While filling the registration form, you would be required to provide the paper_ID of your paper for which you wish to do the author registration.

* Applicable only to full time students from Indian institutions, who are non-authors. If you are a student author, only if another author of the same paper has already registered on full rate, you can use the student rate.
** Includes students, faculty and industries located outside India. You may transfer the registration fees in equivalent Indian Rupees. To calculate the equivalent, please use 1 USD = 61.5 INR conversion rate.

Early bird registration deadline is 14th November 2014 .

  1. The registration cost includes the registration kit, access to all the conference sessions & lunch/tea break.

  2. ICVGIP 2014 employs "passport" registration. Once registered the delegates need not pay for any of the tutorials or workshops conducted as a part of the conference.

  3. Please fill the registration form providing your personal and other necessary details and mail it to the conference secretariat at icvgip2014@mile.ee.iisc.ernet.in. Your registration will be complete only after we verify the receipt of your payment.

    NB - Please make appropriate entries in the registration form as per the entries in the tables, present in this page. Please have the subject entry as "ICVGIP 2014 Registration - PaperID XXX", (where XXX holds the PaperID number) if you are one of the authors. If not, the subject entry should read "ICVGIP 2014 Registration" in the mail you send with the completed registration form.

  4. Accommodation details will be available in the last week of October / 1st week of November.

  5. The preferred way of payment is wire transfer. You will be required to provide the payment details in the registration form. Also, please take a screen-shot (as jpg / pdf file) of the confirmation of payment and send it along with the completed registration form.

  6. You may also send us a bank draft drawn in favour of "ICVGIP 2014" payable at Bangalore. The draft should be sent to:

    However, to avoid postal delays, you are requested to make payment through a wire transfer.

  7. Cancellation Policy:
    Refund of the registration fee will be made for cancellation requests received upto 30th November 2014.
    Processing of the refund will take around 1 month after the conference.
    Cancellation requests will not be admissible after 30th November 2014.
    No refund of the registration fee will be made in case of no-show of the delegate at the conference.

An Important Request - Please give us a week's time for confirming the registration, as we need to cross-check and verify your particulars with the bank. Please do not mail us for confirmation up to one week. The receipts will be provided at the conference.
