On-campus accommodation

All students will be accommodated in double sharing rooms in student hostel located inside the Bihta permanent campus, about 1.5 km from the conference venue. Students will be picked up by a minibus in the morning and dropped back in the evening, to and from the student hostel. The last date to receive the student accommodation requests is 10th December 2015. Requests beyond this date will not be entertained.

Please note that, all accommodations are available ONLY between the evenings of 15th December 2015 to morning of 20th December 2015. The attendees are requested to make their own arrangements outside the time-line mentioned above.

The list of hotels in and around Patna City can be found

• Buddha heritage patliputra

After accommodation confirmation to any of the above mentioned hotel, please inform to email id (ncvpripg2015@gmail.com) in order to provide BUS services.

For Foreign visitors

You may take a flight to New Delhi/Kolkata/Mumbai and then a flight to Patna. From Patna airport, taxi takes about 1 hour to reach Bihta. Alternatively you may take a train from Delhi to Patna. There are many good trains like Rajdhani and others that run from Delhi to Patna which require prior booking of seat.
