Dear presenters,
Here are a few instructions for presenting your papers/posters in the conference. Please ensure that you adhere to them.
Oral Presentation
- Each oral presentation will get a 20 minutes slot. You will have 15 minutes available for presentation and 5 minutes for discussions/questions.
- Before the starting of the session, you would be required to meet the session chair for the confirmation of attendance.
- The conference room will have a laptop (with Powerpoint and PDF reader), a standard VGA cable, a projector, a screen, and a laser pointer.
- You may use your laptop. If your laptop does not have a VGA output, then please get a suitable adapter. If you do not wish to bring your laptop, then you should get your presentation in a USB drive.
- Your slot will be restricted to 20 minutes. The session chair will give you an indication when you are running short of time. You are requested to rehearse your presentation so that the important contributions, methodology and results/analyses are presented within 15 minutes. You will be asked to leave the podium once your slot time-limit gets exhausted.
- Please ensure that all the text in your slides is sharp and written in large fonts for easy visibility. Please avoid any clutter in your slides by writing less text and using pictures and diagrams for illustrations.
