On-Campus Accommodation
On-campus accommodation will be provided in Guest House and Student Hostels on, chargeable and first-come-first-served basis. Please select appropriate option for accommodation while filling up the registration form.

Guest House Accommodation : Very Few Guest House rooms may be available on, chargeable and first-come-first-served basis.
Student Hostel Accommodation : All students will be accommodated in hostels of IIT Guwahati. General information regarding hostels is given below.
- Rooms in the Student hostels will be made well-furnished with bedding, bedsheets, pillows and blankets for a comfortable stay during ICVGIP 2016. Since it is Winter at Guwahati, guests may bring additional blankets/bedsheets if necessary.
- Tea, coffee, stationery and other daily-needs' items are available in the shops within the Hostel premises.
- Shared lavatories (20 rooms share 6 Lavatories).
- Hot/Warm water would be available in all the Bathrooms.
- Washing Machine Facility would be available.
Since it is winter at Guwahati, guests are advised to bring necessary winter wears.
